Age 40. After graduating from university in 2011, he went to Germany and studied clinical medicine at the Hanover University Animal Clinic. He then went to Kentucky, USA, and trained as a veterinary assistant at Park Equine Hospital. After returning to Japan in 2014, he worked in the veterinary department of the Hidaka Light Horse Breeders' Association, and has been working at Shadai Farm since 2016. He assumed the position of representative of Ohkaribe Farm in the spring of 2023. He is also actively involved as a fractional owner, investing in several horses across generations. He has invested in horses such as Tastiera (Derby winner), Lord Valenti (4 wins), and Miracle Tiara (4 wins), and has achieved a total of 30 wins in two generations of horses aged 5 and 6.
