Qigong instruction for mobility, strength, centering, and relaxation.
This instructional class, recorded May 30 2023 as one of my online Qigong classes, includes neck stretches, activation for hip mobility, low back strength (Iron Bridge exercise) and flows for centerng and relaxation, including Cloud Hands. An appendix to the class includes instruction for three safe but challenging arm exercises, to do twice a day in order to buiild strength in the triceps, shoulders, and upper back. (Great for postural alignment, too!)
