I love living in a room so much that I move to a new share house every six months, even in Japan, so I'm sharing my experience of viewing condominiums in Malaysia. I'm not a real estate agent; I just want to help real estate companies and people who want to come to Malaysia (lol). This is part of my viewing series at Ara Damansara. I'll be viewing another property at Ara Damansara next week. 🌺To the person in charge at Ara Damansara: They had the most rooms available! I was able to view about six rooms in two hours, and they kindly gave me permission to upload the video to YouTube. Viewings are possible starting about a month before move-in. Alternatively, you can find an agent yourself, or contact owners or real estate agents directly through iproperty (https://www.iproperty.com.my/). (It was scary at first, but it wasn't that difficult.) ② You communicate via WhatsApp, schedule a viewing, and arrange a date. (I've had 3 or 4 viewings cancelled at the last minute. This gives you a chance to assess the owner.) ③ It's rare to be asked to decide on the spot, but recently there are fewer condominiums, and the popular rooms fill up first. When I first came to Malaysia, they were willing to negotiate prices and even included things like T-fal kettle, a vacuum cleaner, and a water filter.
