Ara Damansara is really picking up after the completion of MRT. Plus I'm really surprised with the number of expatriates staying around Urbana, especially koreans and japanese. These young executes then become the main tenants for fully furnished units in accordance to my research. Having one of the coolest facility decks, Urbana proved that creative facilities need not to be expensive. Simply having more cocoon like furnitures, tents next to the pool, and a tree house just created the personality and character to the development. As our apartment units are getting modular, these free spaces would be the differentiating factors. The only concern would be the neighbouring empty land, which is concluded to be another religious building. However, this decision is currently being appealed so let's hope for the best. This is just another one of those under the radar developments which I find to be really really FUN!
