It is on for £350,000 and if anyone actually wants to buy it, here is the listing https://www.rightmove.co.uk/propertie... The Island, Ynys Gifftan, is in Wales, in a beautiful location and does have property still on it...that may need a tiny bit of work. It may be the coolest thing for sale I have visited and I really hope someone does buy it. I compare it as well to what that money would get you in London...and to be honest, I think I would rather have the Island. If anyone sees anything cool on the market, or has recently bought a bonkers property.
