Il dono del Risorto: Gv 20, 19-23
The Risen One appears among his people, triumphant over death. Nothing can separate him from his friends. If death could not stop him, the walls and bars on the doors can do nothing. His hands, the distinctive sign of his identity, are wounded, but they are not empty. The Risen One brings with him many gifts: joy, peace, mission, a new life. But each gift leads back to a single gift, the one that summarizes the meaning of the entire journey of the Gospel, what was expected since the creation of man, what Abraham hoped for, what all the prophets up to the Baptist announced: "Receive the Holy Spirit!".
