If it's too dry, knead in a little more milk. Filling: 2 diced apples, e.g., Boskop apples 5 tbsp applesauce Add cinnamon, if desired. Also: Milk for brushing Glaze: 100g powdered sugar 2-3 dashes of lemon juice or water Bake: 180°C, top/bottom heat, approx. 20 minutes. They shouldn't get too dark.
