UPDATE: Rain bring some relief to Overstrand fires
We start in the Western Cape. Rain has brought some relief to the Overstrand area where Franskraal and Hermanus were evacuated earlier due to three fires. 71 year old man from Betty's Bay is in serious condition in hospital after sustaining burns.
