20 min Low-Impact, Manageable DANCE WORKOUT to Get Those Endorphins Fired Up

Welcome to a short 20 minute dance workout which will fire up those endorphins and bring more smiles to your face! This dance workout is for anyone who loves to dance as a form of exercise. Besides dancing, I've added in moves to target the various muscles in the body to help tone and sculpt the body. This low impact fat burning workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings.
