Construction of the vehicular bridge located on the North Highway at 153rd Street is now over 98% complete and is in the final stages of finishing touches before its inauguration. The director of the Institute of Urban Development (IDU), Orlando Molano, highlighted that the current administration significantly accelerated the work, as the project was only 11% complete when they took over due to delays that prevented its original planned completion in 2023. The new structure spans 400 meters long by 20 meters wide, integrating four lanes for vehicles and a wide bike path with special grip paint to prevent cyclist accidents.
