Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Letters, and then pursued graduate studies in Sociology at the same university. Doctor of Education. Currently, he is a Professor Emeritus at Keio University, specializing in behavioral genetics, educational psychology, and evolutionary education. For over 30 years, based on studies of more than 10,000 pairs of twins, he has explored how genetics and environment influence human characteristics such as intelligence, personality, academic ability, and effort. His publications include "Educational Brain: Let's Talk About Genetic Talent and the Learning You Need" (Daiwa Shobo). Speaker Information: Masahiro Yamamoto (CEO, RePlayce Co., Ltd., Entrepreneurship Promotion Ambassador, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) He joined NTT East in 2010 and experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake at his initial assignment at the Ishinomaki branch in Miyagi Prefecture. In 2015, he formed "O-Den," a volunteer activity within the NTT Group focused on organizational revitalization. The following year, he became a co-founder of ONE JAPAN, a practical community comprised of volunteer groups mainly composed of young and mid-career employees from large corporations. He is currently a co-representative. In 2019, ONE JAPAN received the BEYOND MILLENNIALS 2019 and the Keidanren Chairman's Award at the Cabinet Office's Open Innovation Awards. In 2020, I became independent and worked as a freelance startup accelerator. In 2021, I joined NTT Docomo, where I became the president of the Docomo Academy (the company's in-house university) and launched the "Work Department" to promote business development. In 2023, the Docomo Academy received the Excellence Award at the Career Ownership Management AWARD 2023. In 2024, I founded RePlayce Co., Ltd.
