After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined Recruit. He gained experience in sales, new business development, and overseas assignments. In 2003, he became the first private-sector principal in Tokyo, becoming the principal of Suginami Ward Wada Junior High School. He has implemented educational reforms that connect schools and society, such as "World Studies," a course where students learn alongside working adults. Later, he served as principal of Nara Municipal Ichijo High School, where he promoted the creation of a new school environment, including the use of smartphones in lessons. He has authored over 95 books, with cumulative sales exceeding 1.65 million copies. Currently, as an educational reform practitioner, he disseminates information editing skills and learning methods for the future. Speaker Information: Masahiro Yamamoto (CEO, RePlayce Co., Ltd.; Entrepreneurship Promotion Ambassador, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) He joined NTT East in 2010 and experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake at his initial assignment at the Ishinomaki branch in Miyagi Prefecture. In 2015, he formed "O-Den," a volunteer activity within the NTT Group focused on organizational revitalization. The following year, he became a co-founder of ONE JAPAN, a practical community comprised of volunteer groups mainly composed of young and mid-career employees from large corporations. He is currently a co-representative. In 2019, ONE JAPAN received the BEYOND MILLENNIALS 2019 and the Keidanren Chairman's Award at the Cabinet Office's Open Innovation Awards. In 2020, I became independent and worked as a freelance startup accelerator. In 2021, I joined NTT Docomo, where I became the president of the Docomo Academy (the company's in-house university) and launched the "Work Department" to promote business development. In 2023, the Docomo Academy received the Excellence Award at the Career Ownership Management AWARD 2023. In 2024, I founded RePlayce Co., Ltd.
