A Lorry on the Tracks and Trains at Carlisle. The Ploughs didn't move! 13 December 24 It was a murky day when I went to Carlisle Station to see a pair of West Coast Class 37s return a pair of snow ploughs to Eastriggs. However it didn't move. It was some while before I realised that something was amiss at Gretna - ScotRail were cancelling their trains. A Lorry was on the tracts near Gretna Green. I filmed a few trains at Carlisle though - the Dalston Tanks, the engineering train to Basford Hall, the logs and the engineer's train from Tyne Yard. A few passenger trains too. The times shown on clips are for guidance only and shouldn't be taken as definitive. Any observations are my own and not intended to show any authority and may show my misunderstanding.
