Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the season began with no spectators in attendance. Even though there were no spectators, he welcomed the players before the game as usual, warmed up with them, received their teammate slips, sent them off, performed well in between innings, and if they won, he would kick off the game with the players in the outfield, entertaining us until the very end. We're sharing this rare footage of all this from the Youth Hall Hotel next door. We filmed from quite a distance so some parts are blurry, but it was a moment when you really felt that Tsubakuro was Tsubakuro. I decided to post this because I really wanted people to see this side of him.
