7 Days in Algonquin Park, Backcountry Camping
Backcountry camping in Algonquin Park Ontario, via canoe, August 22-28 2021. A full week in the wilderness of Ontario with our dog! This video features day 1 & 2 of the 7 day trip. Cedar Lake / Brent access point to Catfish Lake and then on to Hogan Lake. We took on a couple of long portages - Unicorn Hill, in a heat wave, arrived at camp and swam off the day. We then settled in for the evening to cook steaks over the fire for dinner and enjoyed the sunset. The next day we start out for another day of travel and arrive to a beautiful site on Hogan.
