I hope you enjoy watching and find some inspiration for your next meal! 💛 IG & TikTok: @maja.wrob Recipes: Banana Oat Scrambled Oats Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 3-4 tbsp oats 1 egg pinch of salt cinnamon honey nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, dried fruit (optional) Instructions: Mash the banana in a bowl and mix in the oats, egg, salt, cinnamon, honey, nuts & seeds, and optional dark chocolate or dried fruit. Pour the mixture onto a pan and cook over medium heat. As it starts to set, use a spatula to break it into small pieces. Stir and flip occasionally until evenly cooked and lightly crispy. Remove from the pan and serve with yogurt or milk and fresh fruit. Sushi Rolls Ingredients: -1 can of tuna (or any fish you like, such as cooked salmon) -Cooked rice -1/2 tsp mayo or greek yogurt -1tsp soy sauce -Your favorite veggies (I used cucumber and avocado) -Nori sheets Instructions: Mix the fish with the rice, mayo/Greek yogurt, and a soy sauce. Spread the mixture over a sheet of nori, add your veggies, and roll it tightly. Cut into pieces and enjoy! ✨ Tofu Lettuce Wraps Ingredients: -1 head of butter lettuce-1/4 onion, diced -1/4 cup grated carrot -2 garlic cloves, minced / garlic powder -Juice of half lime -1/4 cup scallions, sliced -14 oz (400 g) tofu -1 tsp maple syrup/honey -2 tsp soy sauce -1 tsp sweet chili sauce -1/3 cup cashews (raw or roasted) -optional: 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, Sesame seeds, for serving Instructions: Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onions until softened. Use your hands to crumble the tofu into the pan, then add the garlic and a pinch of black pepper and cashews. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu starts to turn golden. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for another 2–3 minutes so the flavors can meld. Remove from the heat and stir in the grated carrots and chopped scallions. Serve in butter lettuce cups and top with cashews, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Enjoy! Yogurt Popsicles Ingredients: -Your favorite yogurt (I used plain Greek yogurt) Optional add-ins: -Honey or maple syrup -Berries, banana, lime juice -Protein powder -Chocolate pieces or crushed cookies Instructions:Pick your favorite flavor combination and mix everything well. Pour into popsicle molds, place a stick in the middle, and freeze for at least 3–4 hours. Once frozen, let it sit for 5 minutes before removing from the mold. Enjoy! 🍦✨
