A Superfood for Maintaining Good Health Why not incorporate adzuki beans into your daily diet? Even adzuki beans, which usually require time to soften, can be easily boiled by simply putting them in a pot and leaving them to cook. The boiling water, a by-product, can also be consumed as adzuki bean tea, allowing you to absorb even more beneficial components. Adzuki beans contain health-maintaining components such as constipation relief (dietary fiber), anti-aging (polyphenols), anemia prevention (iron), cholesterol reduction (saponins), improved circulation (vitamin B1), and prevention of high blood pressure (potassium), so it's something you should actively include in your diet. However, those with kidney disease should exercise caution. Also, even though it's good for you, too much is not good. For adzuki beans, limit yourself to 100g per day, and for adzuki bean tea, limit yourself to 500-600ml per day. It can cause loose stools. Please try making it, as it's very easy. Ingredients  Adzuki beans 100g  1.2L thermos (thermos)  Boiling water ★Adjust the amount of adzuki beans depending on the size of the thermos  50g adzuki beans 500ml 1 hour or more  〃 100g adzuki beans 1000ml 1.5 to 2 hours  〃 200g adzuki beans 2000ml 2 to 3 hours ◎This is just a guideline Please use 1/10 of the thermos's capacity in adzuki beans Ingredients for Pumpkin and Adzuki Bean Stew  Pumpkin 300g  Water 200-250ml  Hondashi (Japanese soup stock) 1/2 teaspoon  Brown sugar 1 tablespoon or more  Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon or more  Mirin (sweet rice wine) 1 tablespoon  Boiled adzuki beans 50g This is a new challenge for me since turning 60, and I'm really enjoying it.
