It is a 10-minute stretching routine perfect for waking up your body before heading to the gym. I put together movements that I actually do frequently before my workout, as well as movements I often do on days when my body feels stiff or heavy :) This routine helps release tension in the body and promotes blood circulation, which also helps alleviate lower body edema and swelling.
