We begin calmly and mindfully, releasing initial tension and specifically preparing your shoulders, hips, and back. Guided by your breath, we'll flow step by step into a dynamic sequence that challenges you while allowing for individual intensity. Strengthening elements will support you in building length, finding stability, and aligning yourself from your core – tailored to your own level. This practice will not only give you greater flexibility and openness in the front of your body but also a sense of inner strength, trust, and confidence. An upright posture can help your breath flow more freely and allow you to move through the day with greater presence and openness. It's perfect if you want to straighten up in the morning or during the day, open your front, and start your day with more confidence, clarity, and positive energy. What should you keep in mind? Only go as far as feels comfortable. Opening your front can be powerful, yet mindful. Engage your core, lengthen your spine first, and work consciously with your breath. Breathe deeply. Stay present. And take breaks whenever your body needs them—for example, in Child's Pose.
