I was given the ultra-super-rare opportunity to ride in the passenger seat! 😍 With the heart-pounding beat of a classic 2-stroke diesel engine by Minsei Diesel (now UD Trucks) resonating through the cabin, we cruise through the town of Kiyama — a truly unforgettable experience, body and soul! 🔧 Behind-the-scenes stories (not in any book!) The current mechanic maintaining this legendary truck is actually the son of a key member of the original restoration team. He shared some priceless insights: The freezer unit’s engine (Volkswagen-made) was once exhibited by Yano Special Purpose Vehicles. The compressor came from Daikin’s archived inventory.
