‘My Porn Addiction Was So Bad, I Watched It for 7 Hours a Day’ | This Morning

As we continue our week of highlighting men’s mental health, today we’re meeting 27-year-old Ben Lennard who struggled with a porn addiction since he was just 11-years-old. At his worst, Ben says he was watching porn for up to 7 hours a day, but despite his guilt he couldn’t stop. Ben is here today to talk about overcoming his affliction, alongside psychotherapist Kathleen Saxton who says all parents need to work to protect their children from porn.
