Mopar Water Pump Housing - Machining .240" off Thickness
We had a Dodge 440 water pump housing in thew shop that the customer wanted modified. The rear mounting face needed .240" machined off to allow the use of a motor plate and allow the pulley to stay aligned properly. What I thought was going to be a simple lathe facing job didn't turn out so simple, so we moved over to the KBC mill to finish the job. The @waltertools M4132 face mill with the polished WK10 inserts worked beautifully! #manualmachining #millingmachine #dodge Paypal Channel Donation: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr...
