Fitness and Boxing. DRIP 20 BOXING AND CONDITIONING WORKOUT. Session 2

This is SESSION 2. WANT A NEW WORKOUT FOR 2017? Drip20 Fitness sessions are the newest addition of my 20 minute workout series. It's a combination of boxing combinations and conditioning to beats. This workout will get you moving to a rhythm, sweat and have a bit of fun while taking thousands of steps and throwing thousands of punches. Drip has been featured on multiple media outlets in Canada and the US including MSN's homepage, ET Canada, and has been endorsed by Canadian celebrities and Magazines. It wont prepare you for an intense boxing match, but it will give you the strength and conditioning needed for everyday wellness. Drip20 is a condensed part of my Drip50 Series. Session 2.
