Our 4th of July Took an Unexpected Turn! | Belly Flops, Storms & Universal Fireworks

Some days don't go according to plan... and sometimes that's what makes them memorable. We kicked off our 4th of July in Historic Downtown Sanford at Tuffy's Music Box & Lounge for their annual Belly Flop For Freedom competition, enjoying hot dogs, cold drinks, and plenty of laughs as contestants battled it out in the pool. Then the Florida weather had other ideas. Heavy thunderstorms rolled into Central Florida, forcing everyone indoors for hours and ultimately ending our plans to spend the rest of the day in Sanford and watch the city's fireworks. Instead, we made a last-minute decision to head to Universal Orlando Resort, where the skies finally cleared just in time for an evening of patriotic fun. Join us as we experience Universal Studios Florida's Independence Day celebration featuring DJ dance parties, fun character interactions, the return of Street Breakz, and an incredible Fourth of July fireworks spectacular to cap off an unforgettable day.
