⭕️ INSTAGRAM:   / giuliacrossbow   My dears, in recent years we've seen the emergence of places specializing in practically everything. This time, it's pulled pork: I'm in Turin to try Pulled, a recent opening in the city center, practically the first fast food restaurant entirely dedicated to this great American barbecue classic. The restaurant was born out of the experience of Pulled Factory, a project already known in the city for its focus on slow cooking and smoking (which I haven't had the chance to try yet, but if you tell me it's worth it, maybe I'll consider it in the future).
