Boat Camping at Lake Eildon | Winter Escape

This weekend I headed to Lake Eildon for a solo winter adventure in the little Quintrex. The plan was simple: launch the boat, find a quiet spot to camp, spend the night on the bank and see if I could find a few trout along the way. The fishing wasn’t red hot, but that wasn’t really the point of this trip. It was about getting away from the crowds, enjoying a night under the stars and making the most of a beautiful Victorian winter weekend. Along the way I share a few trout fishing tips, some stunning drone footage, my remote campsite setup and everything that made this quick overnight escape worthwhile.
