Thank you for choosing this video 💖 I'm Miyu who loves to eat ✨🇯🇵 Today, I had a Japanese Black Wagyu steak 🥩✨ The cuts included Momo (round) Hiuchi, Filet, Loin, and Chateaubriand. The steak was cooked rare to medium-rare, with the loin cooked a bit longer. The Momo cut was rich in fat and had a delightful crunch. The loin had a perfect balance of fat and lean meat, making it very satisfying. The filet and Chateaubriand were lean yet incredibly tender and melted in my mouth 🤤 My favorite was the Chateaubriand! The steak was simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic for a punchy flavor. I enjoyed it with butter, soy sauce mayo, and garlic chips. Sides included snap peas, glazed carrots, and grilled onions 🧅🥕🫛 The miso soup was made with nameko mushrooms, and I had Ramune soda to drink 🥤 Please scribe to my channel.
