The report details learnings from interviews with nine police forces from the top of Transform Justice’s crime resolution tracker, which ranks police forces by the proportion of out of court resolutions and outcome 22s they use versus charge. The report recommends practical ways police forces can improve and increase their use of OOCRs, such as streamlining administration and using a wide range of creative communication strategies.
