Harp Basics 4 (Raising Gestures)
This is the fourth in a series of videos that are intended to provide basic technical elements for those who are new to the study of the harp. Please visit my website at: http://www.raypool.com/ for more information on my publications for harp instruction and arrangements for both lever and pedal harp. This video gives technical advice on the gesture of raising of the hands after playing a note or phrase when it is appropriate to leave the strings at the end of a phrase. It applies to both pedal and lever harps, alike.
