How to Make Snow with Icing Sugar | Chox Decorates Cakes #26

How to make a good Snow with Icing Sugar for Cake Decorating, Cookies and Gingerbread Houses! There is a bit of a secret to it... This is a great way to keep the icing sugar as a decoration a little longer. First off, make sure everything you want to use this on is good and cooled off. I just add a little bit of corn starch to the mixture and sift it into the icing sugar. Make sure you sift it onto what ever you are decorating as well. It helps to keep the sugar a little drier and a bit whiter when you use it as snow on food decorations. Thanks for watching and happy cake decorating to you!
