Is CPU and GPU Overclocking Really Worth It?

Is overclocking worth it? Hardware Unboxed doesn’t seem to think so, but are they right? In this video, the next in our "True or False?" series, we are going to find out. In the "True or False" series, I help you avoid the hype and misinformation, by showing you the truth, from a source you can trust. In a recent video, Steve from Hardware Unboxed, responding to criticism about his Battlefield 6 results, claimed that CPU overclocking is a waste of time. Tim, his partner on the channel, doubled down on this claim, by stating that you should avoid overclocking and simply work more hours to buy better hardware. Steve then went on to insult other content creators by calling them narcissistic, and for some reason, when responding to a viewer’s question about one of my past videos, decided to attack my credibility. So is any of this true?
