Mental Health is more important than you think (and how to fix it)
Take care of your evening routine, plan it and execute it properly to improve your mental health. example of an evening routine, 1.fresh 2.yoga or workout or running 3.phone switch off 4.cold bath 5.pooja and naamjap or gratitude journaling 6. dinner (without watching anything on any kind of screen ) 7. deepwork or meditation or book reading or walking 8. phone switch on ( not recommended obviously but...) do not use phone for than 15 minutes 9. sleep while thinking positive thoughts be it affirmations /visualisations about your goals, happy memories, gratitude or whatever but thoughts should be positive if you continue this for even 10 days you will get the taste of it and then you will improve your life slowly and steadily.. have patience and plan your evening routine now and study about mental health!
