Construct Horns and Zonai Charges Farming - Tears of the Kingdom

Soldier Construct IV enemies didn't show up until I beat a regular Gleeok and King Gleeok. This is probably based on world progression scaling which means you'll have to battle some tough enemies first. Locations 1-3 will upscale over time to construct IV's. See additional videos for construct level III & IV's. The links are below. PROVING GROUNDS SHRINES: They aren't upscaled and you can repeat them in order again after the 14th shrine. They don't take long to respawn.
