This 7 Days to Die 3.0 playthrough is built around exploring many of the biggest additions in 3.0. We'll be experimenting with the new sandbox settings system, learning how the new degradation mechanics impact long-term survival, and hunting for the best possible gear using the new Magnitude system and Combine Station. Finding a Tier 6 item is no longer the finish line—now the goal is building the best possible version of every weapon, tool, and piece of equipment we can find. FIELD JOURNAL — Day 55 The past few days were spent rebuilding what the dead quietly steal. I sold off what I could, scavenged every scrap of cloth, wiring, and mechanical parts I found, and finally brought power to more of the beacon base. The walls are stronger, the lights are on, and the place is starting to feel less like a construction site and more like a refuge. I also learned that supplies disappear faster than confidence if I stop paying attention. The horde on Day 56 is close enough that every repair matters now. Before then I need legendary parts, better gear, and enough materials to begin the next horde base. Months after the outbreak, Black Hollow has gone quiet. Survivor camps sit abandoned. The radios are silent. Most days it feels like there's nobody left but the dead. But every now and then I find something that doesn't add up—a building already looted, a campfire where there shouldn't be one, signs that someone passed through not long before I arrived. So instead of settling down, we're going searching. The goal of The Signal is simple: explore Black Hollow, uncover the new 3.0 POIs, and every seven days construct a beacon visible for miles across the wasteland. Towers. Floodlights. Fortresses. Whatever it takes. When the blood moon arrives, we light it up and send another signal into the darkness. Maybe nobody sees the signal. Maybe nobody is left.
