SANDF soldier found guilty of killing Kimberley learner
The Northern Cape High Court has found a South African National Defence Force soldier, Desmond Zwakala guilty of shooting and killing Kimberley Boys High learner, Amogelang Assegai. His co-accused who was allegedly the driver of the vehicle that sped off after Assegai was shot was found not guilty.
