Gathering the rest of the Remnants, getting a new dog brain from Old Lady Gibson and transplanting it into Rex, helping Doctor Henry investigate the night stalker invisibility and nightkin insanity, getting the recon reports to Elder McNamara, handing ED-E to the Brotherhood, going and grabbing the component we were missing from Vault 11, heading up Black Mountain, wiping out most of the super mutants and nightkin there, fixing Rhonda, letting Tabitha leave, saving the NCR president, then fighting across the dam, trying to minimise our casualties under nuclear bombardment, then gloriously fisting the Legate to complete the game!
