TEAM DRILL/SKILL - Outside foot land
Players line up with 1 passer standing opposite the line. Place a cone a 45° angle for players to move toward. 1. Player 1 moves toward the 45° angle. 2. Left foot lands first, pivot on the outside foot, and turn to drive down court. 3. Pass the ball back to the feeder/line. 4. Repeat on the right foot. 5. Continue working through the team, changing pass types (chest, bounce, high). 6. Encourage players to persistently run onto the ball and maintain movement efficiency. Progression: Add a line down court. Player receives the ball, turns, drives down court, and releases a second-phase pass to a teammate further along.
