The Grand Canyon - Flying The Wild West with my brother in 2 Cessna 172's | ATC Audio
Flying to one of my bucket list Airfields, Marble Canyon, Arizona (L41), with my brother @AdamMcClean as my wingman. This day was easily the most intense, mesmerising and beautiful day of flying since I got my PPL. Departing (KHND) Henderson routing North East taking in some beautiful scenes including Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Mount Trumbull, The Grand Canyon, Kanab Creek, Kaibab National Forest, Saddle Mountain and Paria Plateau. A flight of 177 NM and approximately 1 hour and 45 Minutes, each way. Descending in to Marble Canyon and then departing back to Henderson via Page (KPGA) for some fuel, making it back just in time for sunset. A day I will never forget. Two @CessnaAircraftCo 172’s.
