Home Frite- 14 Thiells Mount Ivy Road, Pomona, NY. SCORE SHEET Each category scored out of 5 points. 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. Customer Service / Experience: 3.5 Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean. Quickness of Order: 4.5 Took under 10 minutes to prepare my order. Appearances / Plating: 3 Good looking burger, though a little messy in appearance, dripping with sauce. Fries looked and smelled great. Packaging prevented any oils leaking out Taste: 3.5 Great flavors that work well together, none overpowering another. Truffle fries tasted faintly of truffle but I tasted truffle the rest of the day as gas was released. Price/Value: 3 Total cost was about $14.63 with tax. No beverages included. A tad bit pricey for a smash burger and fries, in my opinion. Overall score: 17.5 out of 25 points A decent score. Some improvements could be made. If you like burgers, give it a shot. It’s still cheaper than Five Guys.
