The national leader of Somos México, Guadalupe Acosta Naranjo, said he will be able to visit Ernesto Ruffo in Almoloya prison. He confirmed that the former governor consented to receiving political support during the legal proceedings. Acosta stated that they will also seek to support Ruffo in the political, social, and media spheres. He proposed creating a broad committee for the former governor's release, comprised of citizens and organizations that defend due process and the presumption of innocence.
