Learn - How to make Chicken Shawarma without the machine • How to make Garlic Sauce • Restaurants recipe of Chicken Shawarma • Secret Recipe of Chicken Shawarma • Best Chicken Shawarma in Mumbai #ChickenShawarma #GarlicSauce #restaurantrecipe #shawarma #shawarmamaking #pitabread •Recipe of Chicken Shawarma Preparation Time:- 60 mins Servings:- 1 •INGREDIENTS: For garlic sauce Eggs 2-3 (according to thickness) Sunflower oil 1 ltr Garlic paste 3 tbsp Salt as per taste Vinegar 3-4 drops •For chicken: Chicken breast 1 Garlic paste 2 tbsp Red chilli powder/paprika powder 1 tbsp Garam masala 1½ -2 tbsp White pepper powder 1 tbsp Salt as per taste  Lemon ½  Oil 1 tbsp •METHOD: For garlic sauce In a blender, Add eggs, garlic paste, oil Add salt, vinegar  Grind it on slow speed  Add little oil Grind it again on slow speed Grind till it thickens And the white colour is formed  Add more oil  Grind again on slow speed  Grind till 1 ltr oil pouch is complete  •For chicken: In a small bowl, Add garlic paste, salt Add red chilli powder, garam masala, white pepper powder Add lemon wedges, oil  Mix well  Add chicken breast  Marinate for 1 hr For frying: Heat the grill  Grease it with oil or butter  Add marinated chicken  Cook till chicken tender  Cut it into julienne  Set aside  •For pickled vegetables: Heat water in a cooking pot, Add vinegar, sugar Add vegetables  Boil till done -Take pita bread  Slight roast it on gas Spread prepared Garlic sauce Add pickled vegetables, french fries, cooked chicken julienne  Roll in it butter paper •In this Food Vlog We will be sharing the Trending Recipe of Chicken Shawarma directly from the Restaurants kitchen.
