Let's go to Morocco. This trip takes you from Tarifa (Spain) to Tangier in Morocco. 🇪🇦🇲🇦 We start on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. in Tarifa, which is about a 2 hour drive from Malaga. From here we take the ferry ⛴️ to Tangier. Departure at 11 a.m.🕚 Price of the ferry with guide there and back is around €60 per person. The sea crossing from start to arrival takes 1 hour. When you arrive in Tangier you can feel a slightly warmer climate, around 24C°.☀️ Tangier is the 5th largest city in Morocco and the closest city to Spain. The city is beautiful, very old, except for the harbor area and the main streets. You feel that you are no longer in Europe, especially with the visible poverty and the many beggars on the streets. But you still feel quite safe, there is a high level of police presence. Passport control and entry permits are taken care of during the journey on the ship. 🛂 You can pay almost everywhere with euros, dollars or dirhams. However, the prices are not particularly different from Spain. All in all, highly recommended for a day trip or two. I don't think you need much more time because the city isn't that big. But since you can leave the Costa del Sol in the morning and be back again at night, it's very interesting and you have enough time to have a nice day. I hope you enjoy our short trip to Morocco.
