Kyoto vlog ☆ slow travel, cafés & riverside

Welcome back to another vlog ♡ This time I took a short trip from Tokyo to Kyoto to visit my friend Lucy. Unfortunately, it was the middle of Japan's rainy season and I was also recovering from being sick, so this wasn't the most adventurous trip. Instead, it turned into a slow and peaceful weekend. We explored Kyoto at our own pace, visited Toji Temple and Gion, spent time drawing in cozy cafés, and escaped the city for a beautiful walk along the Kiyotaki River. This isn't a typical travel guide to Kyoto, but rather a collection of simple moments that made the trip special.
