Not Paying Up

The plaintiff says the defendant, her ex-boyfriend, won’t pay her back for all the money she loaned him while they were together. She’s suing for the amount of the loans. The defendant says the plaintiff did charge things on her credit card for him, but he would always pay her back in cash. He claims when they stopped talking, all of a sudden she started claiming he owed her all sorts of money. It’s like she wants him to pay all her bills because they aren’t together anymore.
