Traditional Shishar (Gunzakhi) – Authentic Homemade Recipe

Shishar (Gunzakhi) Ingredients 1 cup flour (atta or maida) 1 eggs ¼ cup ghee or butter 1/4 cup sugar (or jaggery syrup) Water or milk as needed Oil for frying Method Mix flour, eggs, ghee, and sugar (or cooled jaggery syrup). Knead into a firm dough using a little water or milk. Cover and let it rest for 20–30 minutes. Shape small pieces into oval or date-like forms. Traditionally, a basket pattern is pressed onto one side. Deep-fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Cool and serve with tea.
