Now Tarte is back for round 2, and they have released the New Tarte FACE Tape Foundation. Will it flop? Or will it be a foundation that the mature skin woman can wear? I'm excited to demo the foundation for you and give you a full review on the Face Tape. Is it a hydrating foundation? Does the foundation last 12 hours? Will it settle into fine lines and wrinkles?
