Hello, in this video, we talked about bicycle fork disassembly and maintenance. After cleaning and lubricating a very stiff fork that wasn't working, it returned to its original condition. There are different types of forks. We didn't touch the locking system on the left side because it works. This is how general maintenance and disassembly works. Finally, you can add 15w-20w oil to the fork leg before tightening the screws. We used liquid silicone, but we forgot to make a video. From now on, you can maintain your fork yourself. Don't worry...
