Hi friends! 💕 Welcome back to another weekly vlog. This weekend was all about keeping things simple and preparing for the week ahead. On Friday evening, I was too tired to cook a heavy meal, so we decided to enjoy some delicious moi moi and roasted corn for dinner. On Saturday morning, I headed to the market to buy fresh food items for Sunday cooking. If you're looking for fresh produce, I highly recommend shopping early on a Saturday morning! I couldn't find sesame oil and oyster sauce at the market, so I stopped by the supermarket before heading home to show you everything I bought. On Sunday, I made one of my family's favorite meals—coconut fried rice. It takes a little extra time because of all the vegetable prep, but the final result is always worth it!
