Colorado & Southern 'Alpine Tunnel' review ~ Train Simulator
The new 'Alpine Tunnel' route add-on for Train Simulator was developed by Milepost Simulations, and focuses on one of the more obscure narrow gauge lines in the state of Colorado. In this case, you get the St. Elmo to Pitkin section of the Colorado & Southern network, and it's set somewhere between 1905 and 1910. Personally, I reckon the route is reasonably good where the scenery is concerned (and of course, it's interesting to see such an obscure route in TS), but I feel that the overall add-on is let down by the recycled B4D steam locomotive and small amount of rolling stock that's actually new to the game.
