Jak & Daxter - Time Travel Explained!

So in Jak & Daxter 2 (Jak II Renegade), time travel was introduced. When it comes to time travelling aspects, out of Ratchet & Clank and Sly Cooper, Jak & Daxter has succeeded at confusing a lot of us. What is time travel in Jak 2 Renegade? It's a pure time loop. At the ending of Jak 2, Samos had explained that it was Jak's destiny to go back in time to Sandover village along with young Samos. Although is is a time loop, there is an exit. After Kor got defeated, Jak & Daxter continued going on adventures in Jak 3 and so on. There was no sacrifice needed to be made, as in there is a time loop but our main characters still lived on.
